NVT USA provides tournament information, live match scoring, schedules, team information, community updates, club activity, notifications, and related fan features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users of the NVT USA mobile application.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, username, email, and password.
• Profile information users choose to provide, such as phone or profile image.
• Community Feed and Club Hub content, including posts, comments, likes, and uploaded photos.
• Match-related activity such as reminders, favorite teams, and notification preferences.
• Device information needed for push notifications, including Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, request logs, device type, and error logs.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage user accounts.
• To show live scores, schedules, teams, standings, player stats, feeds, and club activity.
• To send match reminders, push notifications, and service messages.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the app and backend services.
• To support tournament administration, moderation, and user support requests.

Photos, Posts, and Public Content

Content submitted to Community Feed or Club Hub may be visible to other app users. Users should avoid posting sensitive personal information. NVT USA may remove content that violates community, tournament, or safety standards.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers to host the backend, store app data, deliver push notifications, process email/SMS reminders, provide maps or directions, and maintain app infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Data Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Public posts, match records, tournament statistics, financial records, security logs, and legal/compliance records may be retained where needed for tournament history, safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or legitimate operational purposes.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion at /delete-account. We will verify account ownership before deleting or anonymizing eligible account data. Some records may be retained when required for legal, safety, accounting, tournament integrity, or fraud prevention reasons.

Children

The app is intended for tournament participants, fans, and community members. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect app data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
